Andrew Lee
Director of Operation, Sr. Project Manager
Mr. Lee is responsible for overseeing the overall management of the corporation as well as its day- to-day operations. He is actively involved in every project for quality control purposes. With twenty years in the construction industry, primarily in a supervisory role, Mr. Lee has expertise in virtually every aspect of the construction business. This includes estimates, scheduling, claims management, sub-contractor/vendor buyouts, change orders, contractor modifications, and personnel management, all of which are critical to AHL's smooth operation.

Mr. Park handles plans, organizes, coordinates and administers assigned projects as well as participating in program design, planning and assessment. He also conducts special studies relating to improving projects, develops schedules, reviews plans and bids and prepares construction drawings and specifications. When needed, he develops detailed documentation and change orders to communicate client requests to the production team.

Mr. Song has 4 years as field superintendent and in charge of retail fit-ups, retail and restaurant free- standing buildings in the metropolitan area. He has 3 years as Superintendent with AHL and is responsible for field controlling quality and costs on restaurants, retail and church construction projects in the metropolitan area.
